Join Nuit Rose and help to build queer art in our community!

For its 5th anniversary edition in 2018, Nuit Rose (Toronto’s queer art and performance festival) is growing to include new collective members. The organizers of Nuit Rose (Throbbing Rose Collective) are a volunteer organization made up of curators, event coordinators, arts producers, programmers, grant writers, art enthusiasts and artists of all kinds.

Nuit Rose is a community-based festival, featuring new media, visual and performance art, film, music, theatre and dance – in neighborhoods throughout Toronto, during the Toronto Pride Festival.

To date, Nuit Rose has presented 250+ artists and projects from Canada, the US, Mexico, Jamaica, Italy and Spain. Nuit Rose offers a space for new queer voices in the arts, and we would like to hear yours. We are looking for skilled and talented arts workers and community members to make Nuit Rose an even bigger spectacle in 2018.

We will be hosting an information night for anyone interested in joining our collective on:

Thursday November 16th, 2017
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
519 Community Centre, Room 201
